Inquisition Sound Server
|
This is a module player and soundsystem for Free Pascal. It's currently in development, but already useful. It is capable to play .XM modules. Currently supports DOS/GO32V2 and OS/2-EMX, but support for more platforms is in progress. It can use any Gravis Ultrasound or Sound Blaster 2.0/Pro/16, or compatible soundcard on DOS. DART and native GUS playback using the Manley-drivers is possible under OS/2. It also features a very useful timer unit (GO32V2 only). See below. Check out the development history and the readme file in the package, for the list of supported and planned features.

ISS Timer Services Unit |
This is a timer unit for Free Pascal. It is capable to run more timers with different speed at the same time. Also properly updates the BIOS timer at 18.2hz. It's a portion of the Inquisition Sound Server. If you download ISS from above, it's not needed to download this separate package.

Inquisition Video Server
|
Here is our video-system from our demo High Voltage which won the demo competition at Conference7007 party held on 29. october 2000 at Debrecen/Hungary. With the help of this package you can have a 320x200 32bit truecolor video buffer, which can be displayed in a lot of different target videomodes to allow the program to run on many different videocards. Currently VBE1.2, VBE2.0 LFB and VGA supported under GO32V2, but ports for other platforms in progress. It comes with a nice user-friendly manaul setup, (check the shot on the left) but also supports automatic best-mode selection.

Inquisition .3DS Loader |
Here is our .3DS loader subsystem from our demo High Voltage. This package allows you to load .3DS files made by Autodesk 3D Studio R4 or MAX in your programs and write your 3D engine easily. It also contains a log-generator, which makes a very detailed logfile from the loaded files, and lets you debug more easily.

Small GIF decoder source |
This is a GIF decoder source, which allows you to use GIF87a format pictures in your own programs. The original version of this source was published in SWAG. The version you can download from here is modified to work with Free Pascal, and contains several other enhancements over the SWAG version. Please note that the example program works only on GO32V2 because of some low-level VGA stuff. The unit itself is portable. This source was requested by James Mills on the FPC-Pascal mailing-list.

Reflections
|
These are the full sources of our first demo called Reflections, released at Antiq'98. (Held at Pécs, Hungary in August of 1998). It was placed fifth in the competition. It's written in TMT Pascal 2.0. This archive contains everything needed to rebuild the demo (except the compiler of course). You'll need a full version of the TMT Pascal compiler 2.0. It's not tested with newer versions than 2.0. Anyway, latest version of TMT Pascal compiler is available here. The pack also contains a compiled version of the demo. A binary-only version is also available here.
